SwipeDialer Terms of Use

Last updated: April 24, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to your use of SwipeDialer, an iPhone app provided by Satisfactorian Technologies.

By using SwipeDialer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

SwipeDialer is a contact calling utility. It lets you organize selected contacts into fixed positions across swipeable pages and use actions such as calling, messaging, FaceTime, and WhatsApp where available on your device.

You are responsible for the contacts, phone numbers, photos, and other information you add to the app.

Permissions

SwipeDialer may request access to Contacts and Photos so you can add contacts and customize contact images. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.

Some features may not work if required permissions are denied or later removed.

Purchases

SwipeDialer may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all pages and related paid features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Refunds, billing, payment methods, taxes, and purchase restoration are handled according to Apple's App Store terms and policies.

Availability of Calls and Quick Actions

SwipeDialer uses iOS and other installed apps to start calls, messages, FaceTime, and WhatsApp actions. These actions may depend on your device, phone service, installed apps, network availability, phone number format, region, and third-party service availability.

SwipeDialer does not guarantee that a call, message, FaceTime action, or WhatsApp action will always connect or complete.

SwipeDialer is not an emergency service. Do not rely on SwipeDialer as your only way to place emergency calls.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse SwipeDialer, attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

SwipeDialer, including its name, interface, design, code, and related materials, is owned by Satisfactorian Technologies or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use SwipeDialer on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms.

No Warranty

SwipeDialer is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satisfactorian Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of SwipeDialer.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update SwipeDialer or these Terms of Use from time to time. If the terms change, the updated version will be posted on this site.
